To access your control panel (cPanel):
- Type: http://user-your-domain.com/cpanel into your preferred Internet browser. (where use-your-domain.com is meant to stand for your actual website domain name.) If your website is hosted elsewhere, you’ll need to use the server name which was provided on the email account welcome letter.
- Enter your control panel username into the Name field. If you need help getting your user name, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to send that information to the email address on your account.
- Enter your password into the Password field. If you don’t know the password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link to recover it. The system will send the recovery information to the email address you set up in the “Contact Information” section of your Control Panel. If you are not recieving the reset information at this address, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
- Click Login.
