If you don’t know your user name and password to our billing system, you can use the Forgot Password link on this site. After logging into our billing system, go to: Billing > Payment Methods. On this screen you’ll have the option to click the “Add New Credit Card” button; Or, click the “Edit” button to the right of each card to update things like the expiration date of the card. Be sure to delete any old cards to avoid confusion.
