Whitelist an email address using cPanel’s Spam Filter tool

  1. Log into your Control Panel
  2. Navigate to the “Email” section and click on “Spam Filters”
  3. Click on “Show Additional Configurations”
  4. Look for the link for “Edit Spam Whitelist Settings.”
  5. Click “+Add a New “whitelist_from” Item”
  6. Enter the email address you want to whitelist
    1. To whitelist a specific address: email@domain.com
    2. To whitelist an entire domain: @domain.com
  7. Click “Update Whitelist” button

The system will now allow emails from the whitelisted address/domain to bypass spam filtering. The changes typically take effect immediately.
