- Find Softaculous: Scroll down to the “Software” or “Softaculous Apps Installer” section. Click on the WordPress icon, or search for WordPress in the search bar.
- Start the Installation: Click the “Install Now” button (usually a blue button at the top).
- Configure Your Installation – Fill out these important fields:
- Choose Protocol: Select https:// if you have an SSL certificate (recommended), otherwise http://
- Choose Domain: Select which domain to install WordPress on
- In Directory: Leave blank to install in your main domain root (yourdomain.com), or type a folder name like “blog” (yourdomain.com/blog)
