How to Recover/Reset Your Passwords.

We all forget our passwords from time to time. Here’s how to recover or reset your Control Panel and Billing Portal passwords quickly.

Various Log-in Links

Before we teach you how to recover and reset your passwords, here’s a list of links you can use to log into various aspects of your account.

  1. Your control panel: <a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>
    Used to reset email address passwords and other aspects of your website. You can also use your domain name instead of
  2. Webmail: <a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>
    Used to check email on your account. You can also use your domain name instead of
  3. Our Client Billing Portal: <a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>
    Used to manage and update your contact, credit card, and add contacts.

Email and WordPress Passwords:

Email Password: We can’t provide these but if you want to reset an email box password, you can do so via the Email Accounts icon in your control panel.

WordPress Passwords: Unless you gave it to us, we don’t track these but we can recover your WordPress password for $35. Just open a tech support request for this.

Resetting The Password To Our Client Billing Portal:

  1. Log into the Client Area of our Billing Portal at: <a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>

    1. If you don’t know your password to the Client Area, go here and fill out this form:

Resetting Your Control Panel Password:

  1. Log into our Client Billing Portal (See Above)
  2. Click on “My Services”
  3. Click on the green arrow to the right of the Domain Name you wish to log into:
  4. Scroll down to see a few options. Here you can log directly into your control panel, log directly into webmail, or reset your control panel password:
