Accessing Webmail

To access Webmail:

• Type: http://user-your-domain.com/webmail into your preferred Internet browser.

° use-your-domain.com is meant to stand for your actual website name.

• Enter your email address and email box password into the 2 fields.

• Enter your password into the Password field.

• Click Log in.

° You will be greeted by one or more options for various webmail programs. Each of these can access all of your email. You can try them out to determine which is best for you. For example, Squirrel Mail is a simple interface but works very quickly, and RoundCube is a more elegant interface that may be easier to use.

If you need help getting your email address password, you’ll need to reset the password using the Email Accounts icon in your control panel. Email passwords are stored as “hashes” of the password and therefore nobody knows what your password is but you.
